At Chatterdillo, we believe that speech and language support shouldn’t be a postcode lottery — or something only accessible to those with the loudest needs.
We’re building tools that help schools deliver personalised, high-quality
communication support at scale, without requiring extra staff,
specialist knowledge, or complex systems.
We’re a small, mission-driven team with expertise in speech and language therapy, education, and AI-driven software development.
Our platform, Chatterdillo, is designed to be fun for children, intuitive for teachers, and powerful enough to make impact, especially for pupils who often fall through the cracks.
Chatterdillo offers gamified, curriculum-aligned speech and language exercises for use in school and at home.
It’s more than just content, it’s a smart system that helps teachers know what to do, when, and why.
Our pilot schools are already seeing promising results. With Chatterdillo, schools can support 15-30 more pupils per site each year who would otherwise go without structured help.
Because our system is low-prep and high-frequency, we estimate learning progress could triple, especially when reinforced at home.
Hi, I’m Amy! I’m a Licensed Speech and Language Therapist and co-founder of Chatterdillo.
In schools, it’s tough when a child is struggling to communicate and staff aren’t sure where to begin, or are left waiting for external support.
I first saw this while working as a one-to-one assistant supporting a child with Down’s Syndrome. I was given a pack of exercises but no guidance and even with my training, I felt unsure. It showed me how overwhelming it can be for staff who want to help but don’t have the right tools.
That’s why we created Chatterdillo: to empower educators with accessible, evidence-based resources that make it easy to build children’s speech and language skills in the classroom, with confidence and clarity.
