Welcome to Chatterdillo, a speech and language development tool for primary schools. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Chatterdillo’s services, including our desktop web app and related offerings (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
Intended Purpose: The Service is intended to serve as a resource bank for speech and language communication (SLCN) interventions, screener for identifying SLCN related needs and auomated recommendation of suitable exercises, and progress tracker to assist in tracking of provision targets and learner outcomes.
Unacceptable Use: Hacking, data scraping, or any form of intellectual property theft is strictly prohibited.
Users are responsible for safeguarding their account information. Chatterdillo is not liable for unauthorised access to accounts.
Chatterdillo is provided "as is" and serves as a supplementary tool. Chatterdillo is not responsible for learner outcomes. Users are advised to seek other more comprehensive Speech and Language Therapy services in addition to using our platform.
Ownership: Chatterdillo and its licensors own all intellectual property related to the Service.
Restrictions: Users may not copy, distribute, or otherwise use the materials from the Service for any purpose other than personal use.
If the Service fails to improve learner outcomes, a refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Chatterdillo. Payment can be made by bank transfer or via GoCardless (Direct Debit). We do not accept cheques. All payments must be made in accordance with the invoice due date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accounts and related data will be retained for 6 months after the last interaction and will then be deleted, unless a deletion request is made by the user.
All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through arbitration in the United Kingdom.
Chatterdillo reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
